Multi-location & enterprise

Turn Google Business Profile views into confirmed appointments

The easiest way for organisations with many locations to convert Google Search and Maps traffic into bookings — by connecting Google’s official Book Now button to the booking pages you already use. You are not buying another booking system.

Enterprise quick start

Roll out Google Book Now across many locations — no sales call, mostly self-serve.

  1. Register your first branch (free)

Create one location to set up your organisation admin account. Use your business domain email and the booking page URL that branch already uses.

    Register free
  2. Sign in to the business dashboard

One login manages every branch under your organisation — verification status, Book Now toggles, click reports, and billing.

  3. Prepare your branch CSV

Download our template and fill in one row per location: business name, type, telephone, booking page URL, and address. You can import large lists in one upload.

    Download CSV template
  4. Bulk upload & preview

In the dashboard, open Bulk upload CSV, paste or upload your file, and click Preview to fix any row errors before importing.

  5. Verify each branch by email

Every location receives a verification message to the organisation admin email. Confirm each branch so Book Now can go live on the correct Google Business Profile.

  6. Go live & measure

Book Now links to each branch’s booking URL. Track clicks in the dashboard, upgrade to Pro when you need higher daily limits, and use volume discounts as you add branches.

Tip: pilot with 10–50 locations first, then import the rest once booking flow is proven.

The problem you already have

High-intent customers find you on Google — then drop off before they book.

What marketing teams see

  • Strong local visibility on Google Search and Maps
  • Rising profile views and direction requests
  • Book Now missing, broken, or pointing at the wrong URL
  • Each branch on a different booking tool or legacy link

What operations needs

  • One standard way to connect Google → your booking flow
  • Rollout across dozens or hundreds of locations without manual chaos
  • Central billing, reporting, and branch-level control
  • No rip-and-replace of Mindbody, Fresha, custom sites, or dealer systems

BookingPage.ai sits in the conversion layer between Google’s highest-intent traffic and your existing booking infrastructure — so enterprise buyers know exactly what problem you solve.

Enterprise FAQ

No. BookingPage.ai connects Google’s Book Now button to the booking URL each branch already uses. We are a Google conversion layer, not a replacement PMS or salon system.

Bulk CSV import from your business dashboard supports large multi-location rollouts. For very large estates or a phased go-live, talk to us about assisted onboarding.

You do. We guide each location through verification so Book Now can go live on the correct listing. Franchise and centrally-managed GBP models are both common — we adapt to your setup.

Yes — most enterprise buyers start with 10–50 representative locations, measure Book Now clicks and completed bookings, then expand. That pilot becomes your internal business case.
