From Google Search to a confirmed booking
BookingPage.ai adds Google’s official Book Now action to your Business Profile and sends customers to the booking page you already use.
The complete journey
Customers book without leaving Google’s path.
We sit between Google and the booking software you already run. Nothing in your day-to-day system has to change.
-
01
Google Search
A customer searches for a service near them — hair salon, dentist, plumber, gym. They already intend to book.
-
02
Google Business Profile
They open your listing on Search or Maps: name, hours, reviews, and actions such as Website, Directions, and Call.
-
03
Book Now
They tap the official Book Now action on your profile. That is the conversion moment BookingPage.ai is built for.
-
04
BookingPage.ai
We connect that Google action to the booking URL you registered. On the free plan this uses a BookingPage.ai redirect; Pro can remove the redirect and branding. Google may show GoBookMeIn, the integration partner behind BookingPage.ai, in your Business Profile Bookings section.
-
05
Your existing booking system
The customer lands on the page you already use — Fresha, Treatwell, your own site, Studio, or any other bookable URL. Services, times, and payments stay in your software.
-
06
Confirmed booking
Your existing system sends the confirmation. Staff see the appointment where they already look. There is no second calendar to learn.
Already have a booking system?
Keep the booking system you already use.
We don’t replace your booking system. We make Google send customers to it.
Getting started
Five steps to go live.
-
01
Business
Register with details that match your Google Business Profile, including a physical address.
-
02
Google
We use your listing details so Google can attach Book Now to the correct profile.
-
03
Booking
You give us the booking page URL customers should open from Google.
-
04
Verification
Confirm your business email. We submit Book Now to Google after verification.
05 Complete — after Google approves, Book Now appears on Search and Maps. Timing depends on Google, often within a few business days.
