This Partner Policy explains how BookingPage.ai works with organisations that want to introduce, connect, or distribute Google Business Profile Book Now / Book Online through our infrastructure. It sits alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
BookingPage.ai connects a merchant’s Google Business Profile to an existing booking page URL. We do not replace the partner’s booking software. The bigger issue for partnership is channel conflict and brand control, not locking every partner to a single business type.
This page is a public summary of our partner model. A signed commercial agreement is required before white-label, reseller, or other special terms apply. Partner access is discretionary: we may refuse, limit, suspend, or withdraw the service at any time.
Partners may distribute BookingPage.ai through their own customer ecosystem. They may not use BookingPage.ai to build an unrestricted competing agency or reseller business.
In practice: a SaaS or service company can use BookingPage.ai for businesses that use that company’s own software or services. They cannot hold themselves out as a general BookingPage.ai reseller for any business they find, unless we separately approve that activity.
We distinguish three levels. Most SaaS enquiries start as Platform Partner.
Introduces businesses to BookingPage.ai. BookingPage.ai owns the customer relationship, registration, billing, and support unless we agree otherwise. Independent field sales partners in our sales partner programme are a form of Referral Partner: they work assigned prospects, register businesses through the Partner Portal, and earn commission under agreed terms.
The partner’s own software or service uses BookingPage.ai infrastructure for that partner’s customers. Typical shape:
Platform Partners may specialise in one or more verticals they already serve. Specialising is welcome. Exclusive control of a whole market is not granted. Other partners may serve other (or the same) verticals.
A special agreement, approved by BookingPage.ai, with its own commercial and brand terms. White-labelling is optional and controlled. It is not included in a standard Platform Partner arrangement.
Vertical specialisation and customer relationship are different things. A Platform Partner may grow large inside the merchants they already serve. That is expected.
If they later have a customer outside that ecosystem or usual vertical, they should ask us first. We can consider it case by case, or under a different partner arrangement. It is not an automatic entitlement to sell BookingPage.ai across every category.
BookingPage.ai remains BookingPage.ai. Partners must not imply ownership of our brand, product, or Google relationship. Co-marketing and limited use of our name may be allowed in writing. White-label is only available under a White-label / Reseller agreement.
This policy does not set prices, SLAs, exclusivity, commission, or volume commitments. Those are agreed separately. Until a commercial agreement is signed, there is no entitlement to partner pricing, white-label, or territorial exclusivity.
Independent sales partners apply at become a sales partner. Applications are reviewed; accounts are not created automatically.
SaaS, platform, agency, and white-label enquiries: use the contact form or email support@bookingpage.ai with a sample booking URL, roughly how many locations you expect in the first wave, and confirmation that those merchants use your platform or services.
Multi-location brands registering their own locations should see Enterprise.
As with all BookingPage.ai Services under our Terms of Use (section 11), we may suspend, limit, or withdraw a partner arrangement — and stop providing the service to that partner or to merchants onboarded through them — at any time.
Where practical, we will try to give reasonable notice. We are not obliged to continue a partner arrangement, and this policy does not create a right to ongoing service, exclusivity, compensation, or replacement infrastructure if we withdraw — unless a signed commercial agreement says otherwise.
We may also withdraw or limit the service where Google’s programmes, eligibility, or technical requirements change, or where continuing would conflict with this policy, our Terms of Use, or applicable law.
We may update this Partner Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may be notified to active partners by email where appropriate.
