Terms of Use

Last updated: 28 May 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BookingPage.ai website at bookingpage.ai and related services (the “Services”), including registration for a Google Business Profile Book Now button. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

The Services are offered to business owners or authorised representatives of a business listed on Google Business Profile. You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business you register.
  • Provide accurate information that matches your Google Business Profile (business name, address, and contact details).
  • Use a valid business email address for the business (not personal email providers such as Gmail or Yahoo, unless used as a genuine business domain).
  • Not register on behalf of marketing agencies, resellers, or third parties unless you are the authorised owner or operator of the business.

We may refuse or cancel registrations that do not meet these requirements.

2. Description of Services

BookingPage.ai helps businesses:

  • Register for connection of a Google Book Now action on their Business Profile, where supported by Google’s programmes.
  • Link that action to an existing booking page URL you supply.
  • Verify business email ownership before submitting requests to Google.

We are a registered provider with Google for relevant booking integrations. Google controls approval, display, and policies for Business Profile actions; we do not guarantee that Google will approve or maintain your Book Now button.

Optional paid services (such as higher booking volume, multiple locations, or custom-built booking pages) may be offered separately under additional terms communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep your registration details accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure your booking page URL is secure, lawful, and under your control.
  • Comply with Google’s Business Profile and Reserve with Google policies, applicable consumer laws, and industry regulations.
  • Handle end-customer bookings, payments, cancellations, and data protection on your booking page in line with your own terms and privacy notices.
  • Not use the Services for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes.

4. Free and paid services

Free tier: Subject to these Terms, we may offer free registration and Book Now setup for eligible single-location businesses below our volume thresholds (for example, fewer than five bookings per day), as described on our website.

Paid tier: Businesses exceeding published limits, operating multiple locations or branches, or requesting custom booking pages or integrations (such as Stripe) may require a paid plan. Fees and scope will be agreed before work begins.

We may change pricing, limits, or features with reasonable notice where required.

5. Email verification

You must verify your business email address using the link we send before we submit your Book Now request. Unverified registrations may be deleted after a reasonable period.

6. Intellectual property

The BookingPage.ai name, branding, website content, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of your business content and booking page.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that Google will display your Book Now button continuously or that your booking page will meet all customer expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including loss of profit, bookings, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Services or reliance on Google’s platforms. Our total liability to you for claims arising in connection with the Services in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the fees you paid us in that period for paid Services.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your booking page, your business operations, or your violation of third-party rights (including Google’s policies), except where caused by our wilful misconduct.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or if required by Google or law. You may stop using the Services at any time by contacting us. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including liability limits and indemnity) will survive.

11. Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Material changes may be notified by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in other jurisdictions may have mandatory rights under local law.
